Absolutely Love this, I have tried many sleep mixtures some work a bit some taste ok or are horrible tasting or don't mix. This really helps with a racing mind and relaxes enough to be able to go to sleep and have a good sleep. I even find because i wake about 3-4 times through night I can still fall back to sleep quiet easily.
