DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Estimated delivery between 2-6 business days* from the date of dispatch. If you live outside metro areas, please allow an additional 2 working days for delivery.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
VITADROP uses Australian Registered Post, Couriers Please and FastWay whereby we can track packages easily and in a timely manner.
DELIVERY
All packs will be delivered direct to your mailbox and do not require a signature on delivery.
SPLIT OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS
If your order is incomplete, please send us a note so that we can investigate.
Please only contact us if the missing item/s has not arrived by the estimated delivery date as it may have been shipped separately. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available.
ITEM NOT RECEIVED
While your order should arrive within the time frame we specify for the shipping option you select, sometimes for reasons outside our control, this doesn’t happen.
If you can, please wait an extra day then send us a note with your order number. You’ll find this on the original confirmation email we sent you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently only ship Australia-wide and USA-wide.
Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Send us a note and we'll calculate your shipping costs when you place an order. Please note that when orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Unfortunately, VITADROP can't be held responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced. These will remain your responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

We understand that supplementation is not a one-size-fits-all approach to health and wellness. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first Vitadrop purchase. If the product isn’t a match, let us know, and we’ll organise a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping).
Tried it and didn’t love it?
Whether you didn’t love the flavour or the product just isn’t for you, it’s no fuss. Contact our customer service team via email at hello@vitadrop.co within 30 days of your order arriving and we’ll organise your refund.
Ordered more than one of the product?
If you’ve purchased multiples of the same product, we’ll ask that you return any unopened pouches. We’ll send you a return label, and once those pouches land safely back with us, we’ll refund the purchase price (minus return shipping).
We’re a small Aussie business, so every order counts. We trust our community to be fair and do the right thing, so we kindly ask you not to exploit our trust.
General Returns
Outside of our money-back guarantee, refunds or exchanges are only offered for faulty or incorrect items. If something’s gone wrong with your order, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders are non-refundable once processed. If you no longer wish to receive a subscription, please ensure it’s cancelled or paused before the next billing date. We’re unable to offer refunds for subscriptions that weren’t cancelled in time.
If you no longer wish to receive your subscription, you must cancel your subscription by using here or contacting customer service at hello@vitadrop.co. Cancellation will take effect at the beginning of the next subscription term.
