Can't Sleep Without It
Vitadrop sleep is the real deal, genuinely struggle to sleep without it now. It's the only formulation I've found that has a good amount of magnesium as well as inositol. If you're looking for something to reduce time to fall asleep and help you sleep better, this is it.
